We handle the City's diversion rule for you. San Bernardino requires 65 percent of construction and demolition debris to be diverted from landfill, documented in a Waste Management Plan filed with Public Works. We route to permitted recycling facilities that provide the receipts your permit needs, and we support self-haul projects under an approved plan.
Some things stay out of the box. Household hazardous waste - paint, motor oil, solvents, pool chemicals, batteries and electronics - is prohibited from any container and from County landfills. And on older homes, materials with asbestos or lead need certified clearance before a County landfill will take the debris. We flag it early.

Household hazardous waste - paint, motor oil, solvents, pool chemicals, batteries and electronics - plus anything with asbestos or lead. The County directs these to a Household Hazardous Waste facility. Everything else from a normal project goes in the box.
Do I need asbestos clearance for an older home?
For demolition of an older home, likely yes. San Bernardino County landfills won't accept asbestos-contaminated debris, so a Certified Asbestos Consultant must test and clear the materials first. We flag this early on older-building jobs so it doesn't stop your load.
Will the container damage my driveway?
We plank under the rollers and rails on every delivery, at no charge, to spread the weight and protect the surface. Tell us if you have decorative concrete, a sloped foothill lot or a tricky approach and we take extra care.
